Project: Flagler College Kenan Hall Exterior Restoration
Description: Exterior Restoration of the old Ponce de Leon Hotel which is now Flagler College. Restoration scope included: coquina concrete walls & walkways, wood & metal components, brick, replace 179 wood windows on all 4 floors, build new covered entrance (east side) and salvage/replace the tile roofs.
